Enjoy & Be Happy – Building Websites, Minus the Headaches

It’s Weird to Enjoy Work. But We Do.

Let’s be honest: it’s kind of weird these days to meet people who genuinely enjoy their jobs, especially when it comes to building websites without the stress. We get it. Work often comes with pressure, deadlines, and a lot of corporate jargon no one actually understands. But for us at Rainmakers, enjoying what we do isn’t just a perk, it’s part of the plan.

When we started this company back in 2017, we made a pact: if we were going to jump into the deep end and build something from scratch, it was going to be on our terms. That meant respect for each other, open communication, and most of all, bringing our full personalities to the table. Our weirdness. The humor we share. The joy we bring. Fun wasn’t optional. It was the foundation.

Why Websites Without the Stress Create Better Vibes

That spirit doesn’t just live inside our team, it spreads. Our clients feel it. Our contractors feel it. Even the folks who only hop on for a one-off project get a taste. When people are genuinely enjoying what they do, the work shows it. Collaboration becomes smoother. Communication is easier. Problem-solving gets creative, not chaotic.

We believe great work doesn’t have to be painful. You can launch incredible things and still laugh along the way. Actually, we think it’s easier that way.

Building Websites Without the Stress, With Real People (And Pets)

At the end of the day, every business is made of people. And as humans, we’re wired to collaborate, to connect, and to make things together. So when we say we like to work with other humans, we mean it. The kind who bring ideas, challenges, quirks, and gifs to the table. We’ll take that over cold professionalism any day.

And yes, we include pets in this too. We’ve had Zoom calls featuring cats walking on keyboards, dogs demanding attention, and even a parrot that offered design feedback (sort of). That’s life. And it’s beautiful.

Happiness Isn’t a Distraction. It’s a Catalyst.

Joy isn’t just a byproduct of good work, it fuels it. When we’re happy, we create better. We think clearer. Push ideas further. Stay up late because we want to, not because we have to. That’s not fluff. That’s real firepower.

So if you’re looking for a team that builds serious websites with seriously good vibes, you’re in the right place. We build websites without the stress, and with a whole lot of joy. We solve, we laugh, we ship. And we build websites without the stress

Because building great things should feel good. And we’re here to prove it.

After all, humans are a collaborative species. It’s in our nature to come together, to build, to solve, and to enjoy the process while we’re at it.

“For small creatures such as we, the vastness is bearable only through love… A civilization is built on what is required of men, not on that which is provided for them.” – Carl Sagan
